On Saturday, February 2026, our dive guides Ardha, Mega, and Candra rediscovered the rare Periclimenes colemani in Tulamben after nearly 10 years without a confirmed sighting.
This tiny, beautifully patterned shrimp, found living among sea urchin spines – is a true macro treasure and a dream subject for underwater photographers. Its return highlights the extraordinary biodiversity of Tulamben and the sharp eyes of our experienced dive team.
